Boone Carlyle

Boone Carlyle was a middle section survivor of Oceanic Flight 815 and was Shannon's stepbrother. He attempted to assume a semi-leadership role with the survivors but failed due to being rash and young, though he became Locke's apprentice when the two formed a close bond. Boone survived on the Island for 41 days before he died of injuries sustained in a fall whilst he tried to contact 'rescuers' from the drug smugglers' plane. According to Locke, Boone was a sacrifice the Island demanded.

I don't know if there's another topic like this... but has anyone noticed that certain names seem to be repeated over and over?

Tom-
  • What Ana called Jack's dad
  • The name of Claire's boyfriend (Who also could be Jack's dad)
  • Kate's boyfriend

Sarah-
  • Jack's wife
  • What Jack's dad called Ana

Brian-
  • Walt's stepfather
  • Shannon's boyfriend

And on a side note- do you guys think that Locke's phone Helen and old girlfriend Helen are both the same person? I've heard people argue it both ways.

er how do u figure that claires boyfriend is jacks dad?? quite certain hes younger then jack!

Default HH related to Jack
Rachel (Jenny Chang) from season 1, Raised By Another (episode 10), might be the girl Jack's dad was yelling at in Two For The Road. If so, Rachel was not letting Jack's dad see Claire. And Claire would be Jack's half sister.


In season 1, Raised By Another, Claire's boyfriend looks a lot like HH. Maybe, HH is after Aaron because HH is the father of Thomas (Aarons dad). That could also be why Ethan was instructed to hang Charlie (For flirting with HH's grandson's mother). Also why Thomas was coming up with pathetic reasons to get away from Claire and leave just like that (He had been called to the Island). Just a thought.
