Rose Nadler
Rose Nadler (née Henderson) is one of the middle section survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. She was on the plane with her husband Bernard, but was separated for 48 days following the crash. Rose is a well-meaning, caring woman who was supposedly healed from her fatal illness after arriving on the island, similar to Locke.

one of those three will have to die in that "Doomsday" Beneath the planet of the Apes ending. I don't think that Yemi's spirit would steer Eko in a direction that would have him be killed. Where Desmond is concerned, they have just started to flesh out a past for him, plus he has "military experience", like Sayid perhaps helpful to the lostaways seeking the return of Jack and company. Locke needs to die!!! Long, long ago Locke should have had the sense to employ the "George Costanza" rule to any meaningful decisions he'd been knockin' around in that Mr. Clean head of his. Locke and important decision making are a bad mix. Trusted his Father, got screwed. Did not take rationale advice from his girlfriend, got screwed and dumped. I can't count the number of bad decisions he has made on the island. Like George Costanza, whenever a seemingly good idea pops into that dome of his, he should immediately do the opposite. Then he'd be right all the time. We all know that won't happen so he needs to go.

Agree. I figure Desmond didn't make it (and didn't expect to) but since he urged Locke to get away from the hatch if he could, he must have expected that the "kill radius" would be small from whatever would happen when the key was turned.
