Hmmmmm...is this a subtle hint that Christian Shepard is Henry's 'leader'?

Very interesting theory, but I don't think it's true.
Christian is dead, so it would be difficult for him to be so intimidating to Henry and the other Others if he was partly non-existant.

Well maybe one of his leaders is him afterall...No body in the coffin...

So Christian is a zombie leader? That could be interesting. Imagine the look on Jack's face if he saw his dad ordering Others to kill him and all the other losties. It'd be rather amusing.

Anyway,

I agree with UNHATCHED n the toad. Im glad someone else noticed the link with the use of 'unforgiving'. I truly believe that Christian Shepherd is involved if not leading the others. When we first saw him walking around the island in the early episodes of season 1 its when it first crossed my mind that they could all be being monitored and tested. ... and we know about dharma etc.. The Empty coffin!! that was a major thing that we never heard anything about. Were we to assume that the body wasnt allowed on the plane, or that it got flung out of the coffin during the crash... We heard in the latest episode that jack couldnt think of what to say at the funeral, so it probably was going ahead! Whether he came back to life or was NEVER DEAD in the first place... i reckon hes on the island.

Another clue i think is in psalm 23 when it reads "the lord is my SHEPHERD", this could be referring to the leaders of both the losties AND the others.

Thoughts that Jack was placed there and is actually dharma with some kind of Bourne identity style memory removal, as well have arisen (lots of clues), but that is a theory which would take a long time to write about, so, another day...

Jack's dad is not HIM. Jack is a doctor and I'm sure he'd know if his dad was dead or not and I'm sure he saw the body. I don't know if they actually showed him seeing it or not in the show, but when someone is killed, the first thing a friend or family member has to do is identify the body.

Jack identified the body in Sydney. And his father had been found the night before so he was in morgue overnight - maybe 2. He is DEAD.
Are you all suggesting Christian was leading the Others while simultaneously
caring out a very demanding medical practice in L.A.
