A Lava field?
Now, I know that islands are formed by volcanos, I'm not quite that stupid.
But when someone asked Bernard where they were going to get so many black rocks (Hmmm... black rocks...) and he replied that there was a lava field nearby, that kind of jumped out at me.
I dunno... perhaps I've missed it somewhere along the line, but I've never noticed anything about a lava field before.
And that brings up another question... if they are on a volcanic island (which would explain why the foliage is so thick), then is the volcano active? Could they be in danger from it?
Also... Maybe Dharma picked this island because of both the magnetic qualities and the fact that there has been volcanic activity.
Any thoughts?
