Yeah, that's probably why! If there wern't no slab of concrete the
magnetic fields or whatever could stuff up the computer!
At first I thought the slab of concrete was there for an expiriment to see if the magnets were strong enough to get through the concrete.
There were skeletons on that big ship as slaves I think on the island too.
But for some reason something washed the ship up, I think
they should go and check out that ship again, because the last time they went there they never had a good look.
