Little note for tsimer:
I think I did this in class last year. There are indeed muche more women than men. I think it is something like 65 percent women. But if we take American and European, then you will find more men, and in Africa and Asia (apart from China) you'll have more girl babies.
This is not certified for a few reasons: one of them was that my teacher was a git.
