Me too neither. Charlie was only gone for a few hours.
It was very strange the Sayid said to Charlie, I knew he was an other because I felt no guilt. At first I thought he was explaining why he was
so violent with Uncle Henry, Charlie didn't see that so why does Sayid
confide this in him? It was just such a weird scene.
Maybe he knows Charlie should feel the most hatred of the Others besides
himself (he blames the Others for Shannon's death) and Charlie will
help the others in camp understand what has to happen in all out war.
