Michael Dawson

Michael Dawson is one of the middle section survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. He had parental issues with his son, Walt, but the two have bonded with their time on the island. Michael shot dead Ana-Lucia and Libby in order to release Ben from captivity; and ultimately caused the capture of Jack, Sawyer and Kate, when he made a deal with the Others. His whereabouts are currently unknown after he left the Island with his son Walt on a motor boat.

This may be a moot point but this is the internet and I can do whatever I want

When Keamy was getting the device strapped to him he had another thing around his chest. Joggers use almost the exact same thing to monitor their heart heart rate while exercising. It's not a far stretch to think it serves a similar purpose, if his heart stops the other device blows detonates the C4, removing all evidence of them finding the island.

My only fear is that at the current pace of the NHL Playoffs, Game One will be Detroit vs. Pittsburgh next Thusrday. (No Biggie, now that I know I have a week off) However, that'd seem to put Game Four (and possibly the clincher for the Wings) the following Thursday.

Well you can always watch the episode on ABC.com if your hockey game gets in the way.

Here's the deal with those explosives:

Spoiler for the explosives:
The device on Keamy's arm is rigged to the explosives on the freighter. If Keamy dies, the device will detonate the freighter C4 - so it must be tied to his heartbeat or something.
