Boone Carlyle

Boone Carlyle was a middle section survivor of Oceanic Flight 815 and was Shannon's stepbrother. He attempted to assume a semi-leadership role with the survivors but failed due to being rash and young, though he became Locke's apprentice when the two formed a close bond. Boone survived on the Island for 41 days before he died of injuries sustained in a fall whilst he tried to contact 'rescuers' from the drug smugglers' plane. According to Locke, Boone was a sacrifice the Island demanded.

So, Paik industries.. what exactly is it it's been so long I've forgot.. why would it need to be such a big company

Does Oceanic airlines even exist anymore? I seem to remember in one of those online games (which I believe were canon) Oceanic shut down operations.

If you think about it, the airline has no motivation to pay the O6 out the kind of settlement it would take to buy the controling interest in Paik industries. The "golden ticket' that Jack had, yes. Maybe a cash payment to avoid a lawsuit, but billions? Not a chance. Maybe i missed the discussion saying that Oceanic airlines was part of the evil Widmore/Paik/et all corporation.

Sun blames two men, the actual killer [(maybe keamy or ben), and the person who put him there, maybe on purpose, her father. remember the white guy talking to Jin in korean in the airport bathroom who was following him for her father. There may be a bigger connection then you think...
