I am not sure that moving the island "in time" could work. The goal is to make it impossible to find the island again. They would have to "move it" to a time when it didn't exist. When would that be? When dinosaurs roamed?

Also, if they plan to have the island moved before Keamy gets there, they are not going to be able to do anything that dramatic. I would imagine the easiest thing to do would be to somehow manipulate the EM field so that the bearings they fly in on are all messed up and no longer lead them to the island. Bearing 305 could lead them into the mouth of a shark or something...that would be cool.

Or have them just flying around with no end in sight. like davey jones locker

Thinking with the everyday use & implications of the word 'moving' wouldn't offer much insight to what Locke might have meant with that. Obviously it's not going to move as if flying over some magical carpet. But the intricacies with the island coordinates hinted so far suggest that there's some physical anomaly with the island's locations already. Further use and even manipulation of that might be part of the solution to Locke's problem. Good thing a scientist like Faraday's there available.

wow!!! I think they will move the island trough the time, i cant think in anything else, this thing is driving me crazy!!!! maybe that´s the reason because we cant confirm the cronolgy of all the events that "will happen in the future" or had happened inthe past jeje just a crazy thought xD

Crazy indeed- I agree that not only the narration itself but also sequence of events are non-linear, making LOST the thrill that it is for the audience

Well Ben randomly appears in the middle east in one of the flashforwards, and i think i remember that girl from the freighter (i forget her name, the one that speaks korean) uncovering a dharma polar bear in the middle east somewhere too- did the island get moved to the middle east?
