Did you hear what Hugo said!?!?!?

At the beginning the episode tonight he said (and this is a rough quote):

"Australia is the key to the game" in reference to playing Risk.

AND THEN....

It seems as if Ben/Charles Whidmore are playing some sort of a game, for control of the island.

I wonder, did what Hugo said at the beginning of the episode have something to directly do with this possible "Game" Ben/Widmore are playing!?

yes yes, i remember that and i remember thinking it was a clue!

And Ben made reference to "Changing the rules" when his daughter was killed.

Then he made the same reference when he was in Widmore's room.

I wonder... are they playing some sort of a global "Father Time" type of game, with a hidden island.

Like an Easter egg hunt.

Wed pointed that out too when we watched it!

I actually won a game of Risk once after being backed into the Australia corner. But with so many soldiers, I ended up destroying everybody.

the last few times thru the time loop Alex wasn't killed, and this time Widmore did kill her

Interesting connection b/w the game. I didn't think of that.

What do you mean "the last few times"? When did Alex go through a time loop? Now I think I"ve totally missed something important.

Don't worry, you aren't missing anything. I believe Tikker was referring to the "time loop theory" someone came up with. I myself don't think it's a very good theory, because it has been re-written a couple of times now to fit to new revelations in the show.
