 Nikki Fernandez
Nikki Fernandez was one of the middle section survivors from Flight 815 and is first introduced in "Further Instructions". She had spent most of her time on the island trying to recover the $8 million diamonds she and Paulo had stolen from Zukerman, her staged lover, before the crash. She received a Medusa spider bite that induced a deathlike paralysis and she died after being buried alive alongside Paulo.

I don't think that was the same lady Miles went to see because that was in California. and Micheals mother was in New York. it's trickery.

Because walt was told by Michael that he killed ana-lucia and libby. Walt lost faith in his father for doing such horrible things to get them off the island.
