why is libby the only one haunting

why isn't michael having visions of analucia as well?

is it because libby is actually one of the others? is there a possibility that she isn't dead? like tom?

I believe that Tom dies on the island after meeting with Michael. When in season 3 does Tom die ? I think it is near the end of the season where the boat should be close to the island by that time.

oh...yah it was during the finale, after they had already met up with naomi and were about to call the freighter.

the time line has me all screwed up.

Maybe we will see Ana Lucia later on or maybe they don't have Michelle Rodriges signed for a few episodes :P

Maybe Libby once was on the island before the plane crash and she can't die and that's how she began working with Widmore. Or maybe Widmore has some way of knowing Micheal is on the boat working for Ben and has some kind of ghostly way of using Libby to try not to get Micheal to do what Ben wants.
I kind of like how Ben said to Micheal that they didn't tell him to kill anybody but just to set Ben free and understanding how he might of reacted because they were holding Walt.

Libby is just a guilt ridden hallucination of Micheal's for sure. the way that she refered to the blankets is a definative sign.

Just a thought, could Libby be like Walt? Manifest to motivate people in the right direction? Or act as a conscience?

I also think Libby is the one tormenting Micheal because He never even got to think about what he did to Libby.. He shot Ana Lucia and Libby just happend to be in the wrong place at the wrong time..

When Michael was taking Hurley, Sawyer, Jack, Kate to the others he knows what killing Libby did to Hurley.. Remember how he explains himself to Hurley.
