Benjamin "Ben" Linus

Benjamin "Ben" Linus is the leader of the Others on the Island. Ben arrived on the Island as a child, brought by his father Roger to work for the DHARMA Initiative. Ben takes orders from Jacob, and is the only person who visits and speaks with him. Ben's apparent goal is to keep the Island and its special properties secret from the outside world, and he goes to great lengths to achieve this.

Regina was a bit of a pointless character, I've been waiting for her to appear (& not disappear) for a few weeks now.

I don't think it will be Charlotte, I think she's there for the whole polar bear back in time thing, so she probably won't get killed (if she gets killed) until after they find the Orchid station. Could be Claire, though. Which wouldn't be much of a mind bender, since the psychic that said she HAD TO raise Aaron later said that he was a fake. And why else would Kate claim the baby as her own? Yep, Claire is toast.....but will it be tonight? The real question is who just got a DUI in Hawaii? I think thats killed more Losties than anything!

I am totally rooting for Claire to live. I read a spoiler that went something like this.

Spoiler for claire:
Claire does get on the helicopter with Aaron but is pushed out of the helicopter by Daniel Farraday.


This would piss me off!!!

On the other hand,
Spoiler for claire:
if this does happen, whose to say that CLaire dies. Maybe she hits the water and is somehow able to swim back to the beach. We know she swam almost everyday on the island. Ben could possibly still be keeping her on the island.


If she does die, I will be holding onto this idea.

they did say someone was going to die, and after tonights ep there is a five week break, so i wonder if it's a cliff hanger of sorts. one of the previews (not a spoiler, but a preview commercial from tv) shows someone about to push an "execute" button and michael's voice saying "i'm sorry".

i honestly don't know who it's going to be! i haven't even voted yet! i think i'm going to vote one of the freighter people or one of the ship people. i think it's a bit of a fake out and it won't be a major character.
