Ana-Lucia Cortez
Ana-Lucia Cortez was an ex-police officer who sat in the tail section of Flight 815 when it crashed. She took a leadership role in the group and led her party across the Island, reuniting them with the rest of the passengers. Ana was known to be very emotionally cold and her background in policing helped her with her leadership role. Ana-Lucia survived on the Island for 65 days before being shot and killed by Michael.

He doesn't always "My Son!" he throws in "Walt!" every once in a while.

Wonder about this? Wonder if the bearing that Ben gave to Michael and Walt to leave on (325 - which is different than the freighter bearing) actually sent Michael and Walt back in time to where Ben could recapture Walt and make Michael work for him - getting him in on the freighter and all - also actually making it so that Michael was NOT on flight 815 and therefore not on the 815 manifest that the freighter crew memorized. That way the crew wouldn't know that Michael knew, and was working for, Ben.

I don't know. I just don't like the physical time travel theories going around. I just don't think they are true. So far we've seen people's (and mice's) consciousness move back and forth in time, but we've seen nothing to suggest actual, physical time travel.
If I remember right, Walt wasn't exactly thrilled with being taken off the island. Maybe he went back to the Others and so Ben makes a deal with Michael on how to get him back.

I like that idea, but Walt was very happy to see his father again when they left the island. He did give a side glance with a unpleased look on his face as they were leaving, but this was probably because he was wondering why his fathers friends were kneeling tied-up on the boat dock. maybe soon after leaving Walt puts two and two together and becomes angry at Michael for selling out his friends.

Maybe the others capture Walt again as they are heading home and Ben expains to Michael that the only way to get his son back is to join the ship under an assumed name and be his 'man on the boat'.
Of course, I don't know why Michael would trust him again since Ben would be reneging on the deal they just completed.
Maybe Walt has another premonition (ala "Don't open it!" referring to the hatch) and goes back to the others (that's assuming they run into the Others again while sailing away) by his own choice or just believing it is necessary.

He wouldn't have much of a choice at that point I'm guessing.

Another thread on here got me thinking about the Oceanic 6. Here's what I came up with:
Do we know that Michael's not one of the 6?
According to Lostpedia, we only know 5 of the 6: Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Sun.
Maybe he's one of the 6 AND he's the guy in the coffin! That would explain why his death would be news and why nobody is really interested in going to his funeral.
I should start a new thread with this in Theories

Good theory! Also Michael was from New York, which is where the funeral was. (I think). This makes the most since to me as to who is in the coffin, although lots of people are saying that the coffin is smaller than most. (I didn't notice this at the time) This would mean that whatever happens with Kevin JOhnson, he probably doesn't end up being a hero of the Losties. (Since Kate refuses to attend the service. )
