James Ford

James Ford, better known by the alias of "Sawyer", is one of the middle section survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. Sawyer's early life was ravaged by the con man who ultimately claimed both his parent's lives through conning them, instantly orphaning him. As a child, he wrote a letter to this con man, hoping to deliver it to him in person one day. Sawyer set out to search for him, presumably after he left school, however he, himself, ultimately became a con man and became the man he was hunting, became Sawyer. Revenge plays a big part in Sawyer's life, starting with the real Sawyer. On the island, Sawyer has often used his abilities to con people to get his wishes, and keeps a stash of useful items with him. However, after the death of the real Sawyer, he has begun to rethink his ways and is slowly turning into a leader for the survivors.

He escaped from the captivity of the Others with Kate, and has formed a relationship with her.

i don't think he was mocking you.
he seemed sincerely afraid.
I can't blame him because it seems to me that your powers are great
and that you might even be more powerful than ben.

[quote=Treebeard4life;41343]Queen did you just give a spoiler? Man you best hope Pot Pies doesn't see that!!QUOTE]

Yeah, I'm kind of bummed I saw that picture...

On the other hand, as far as the show is concerned, i bet money on the fact that as soon as we think we know what is going on and we think the show is getting predictable we are going to discover we were wrong. That's the genius of this show. Remeber when we first saw Otherville? Remember when Micheal actually got to leave? Remember when we realized Jack was off the island in the first flash forward?

Especially sense that hair looked like Bens...

Also this thread wasn't being mean to you guys. You guys are very hostile. Unfortunately you guys need to grow up. Maybe then you'll stop discriminating me due to my age. If I told you I was black would you be using that against me? I'd be swearing alot more if I didn't know better.

But I am going to tell my friends I pwned a bunch of noobs this weekend. Just to spite you Darnzy...Just to spite you.

Sorry John Locke! I don't know how to put the spoiler thing around the picture. I thought it was small enough if you didn't look close you couldn't see it very well. I did try and write across the top of my post that the pict was a spoiler - that was the best I could do. If you couldn't resist looking, whew! good thing it wasn't pandora's box!

btw - my predictions - Flaneuse has THE highest IQ of anyone on this site. Flaneuse has some of the best insights on what is going on in the show.

Treebeard4life, it's not your biological age, but your behavioral age that sets the tone of the responses you're getting here for most of the time. The best way to deal with increasingly intolerable attitude is to laugh at it. Your zest for polemic and over-dramatic reactions leave no other choice.

*blushes* *blushes* that's a very generous compliment queenbeesteph, thank you..

I've been dodging that spoiler for a few weeks, I guess it was inevitable

polemic - a passionate, strongly worded, and often controversial argument against or, less often, in favor of somebody or something

had to look it up and I'm 28...

wow...this is a weird thread. i think i'm just ready for the next episode and put this one behind me. it had some interesting insights, but it definitely wasn't one of my favorites.

perhaps we can all agree that despite what you thought of this episode, Lost is still one of the best shows on television. especially since arrested development got cancelled.
