Dr. Juliet Burke

Dr. Juliet Burke (née Carlson) is a member of the Others. She seems unhappy with her allegiance (particularly, it seems, with Ben's position of authority), and lives at the Barracks. Juliet is a calm, intelligent woman with a background in medicine, but unhappy with her private life and will do anything to get off the Island. However, it seems Juliet has betrayed her people and joined the survivors in wanting off the island.

The comment about Walt/Michael is interesting. Ben gave them an exact coordinate to follow... now we perhaps know why that was so important. It also explains Walt being places he's not supposed to be (which is one of the things that Bea asked Michael about in season 2).

I think that is right. From what Daniel said.

How about Minkowski and his partner? Didn't they both die? Also, it seems Frank did not stay on the bearing. The storm and Desmond threw him off. I could be wrong but it seems he did not keep the 325 bearing.

I think faraday simply cannot remember meeting des. Thats what the card game was for. He was working on his memory because apparently its really bad if he cant remember just 3 cards.

So those notes were in his journal the entire time, because it is true that you can't change the future, he just couldnt remember the past well.

Hmm...anyone see Memento? Didn't that guy keep a journal too so that he could remember stuff?

A note to fellow posters: although I'm sure you mean no harm, some may take offense to the use of the word "gay" in an inappropriate way. So please, in the future, be courteous to others and use the thesarus. It has tons of suggestions to help you say what you want to say.

Thank you.

Just a note on the bearings --> Ben told Michael and Walt to head out on a bearing of 325. Faraday's bearing for Frank (and the one written on Eko's stick that John followed) was 305.

I think Dan has serious memory problems as a result of his frequent use of radiation. Possibly he had a brain tumor and the treatment for it has caused his memory troubles or he hasn't had a treatment and the brain tumor itself is causing memory troubles. This explains why he doesn't remember Des coming to see him in 96. He says during that meeting "this future version of me, he referenced this meeting, so I would remember you coming to Oxford?" and Des says "no....maybe you forgot" and then Dan says "yeah right. how would that happen?" This statement just stuck out to me. Like, we will find out how that would happen in future episodes.
