Daniel has xray vision! He should go on deal or no deal I agree with Pchee, Ben is probably so happy right now. He will get Miles to take care of Charlotte because she saw Ben, but she could have told Frank and Daniel. So maybe Miles has to get rid of all of them (which would suck) either way Miles is doomed I think. Trying to extort Ben... tsk tsk. I thought we were going to hear a boom after Locke walked away from the boathouse, glad we didn't though.

I'm not sure Dan has xray vision, just no memory, he has just seen the cards, Charlotte turned them over, and he cant remember them. This would make sense, he struggled to remember his own name in a previous epi.

I thought it was a flash forward for the freighter people as well. Basically because of Daniels and Charlottes... and Lapedus as well. Charlottes examinig all the newspapers and isn't convinced their dead... well, if it's not a flash forward, then it is somethng along the lines of Desmond. Lapedus is confused, he thinks he was supposed to be the pilot, Daniel is upset, but can't remember why, and well Charlotte... she remembers working with Dharma crap.

In fact, the more I think about it, it has to be a similar situation to Desmond for the freighter people. So neither a ff or an fb.

I don't think it was a flash forward... I think it was what they were doing just before they were recuited for the mission...

I know I think Cablerunner said that the boy in a picture on the wall when he went to the older woman's house looked like Eko.. I agree, but what would his grandmother be doing in the US... Didn't seem like he and Yemi had much in the way of family in FB's...

The thing is I too thought it looked like Eko, maybe he learned of her from after he was at the island??? That is how he knew to check it out and try.. Then he did find Forgin from US money and what was in the packet? Herion??

Yep, the one about the freighter people was a flash back.

At this point I'm not going to pretend that any of the freighter people are who they seemed their flash episode. Obviously Miles is more than some Ghostbusting-conman... I mean, he was tied up in a boathouse, having just been bartered for another person, and he said he was "right where he wanted to be." Just like Ethan, Goodwin, Juliet and Ben; we thought they were just scientists but the all proved to have a much more hardened personality as time went on.

Also, I don't think Faraday was trying to remember the cards, I think he was trying to predict what the cards would be...

I think your right.. That is what I was thinking when I saw it.. And maybe the Island hightens the brain function of special people.. LIKE WALT

I think that was a flashback for all the freighter people. I think Daniel doesnt die though cause if you look at the preview for next week's episode it seems as if Desmond confronts him asking him if he's gonna die and Desmond seems to be clean shaven in what might be a possible flash forward.

I have no choice but to let you all theorize.

I don't mean to spill the beans but there all confirmed flashbacks.

But you all can keep theorizing. Its cool with me.

I was obviously kidding about the xray vision... They had to be flashbacks, how Charlotte knew not to believe the newspaper, I dunno, why Daniel is tearing up, I dunno. But everything else points to flashback. And people don't believe the writers/creators confirming anything, Treebeard.
