It hasn't been reveal to anybody on the island of Jack's and Claire relating to each other, I don't even think that Claire knows that Jack's dad is Aaron. Unless I missed something back in earlier seasons.

They probably find out after getting off the island. Maybe in doing research about their fellow cast aways. It may become public, all the information about the 815 passengers, once they are rescued. And it is always possible (although unlikely) that Claire could mention in conversation about the time she met her dad, the drunk surgeon from the States.

I know the audience knows Jack and Claire both have Christian for a father, but does Claire know that? I might need to go back and check that episode. I know Claire met him, but I don't know if she really knows enough about Christian to be able to talk with Jack and realize they are the same man.

Maybe it'll go something like this:
C: "My father's name was Christian."
J: "Wha?!?! Mine too!!!!!!"
C: "Must be the same guy!"
J: "Small world, huh?"

when claire met with christian, she told him that she didn't want to know who he was because she didn't care, and didn't want anything to do with him. she has no idea what his name is.

I think Jack finds out after he is back to the real world. The Oceanic 6 are celebrities and a reporter could figure out the connection between Claire and Jack and that would be a sensational story to print. Or it's possible that Claire's family made the connection and contacted Jack. As for Kate not giving Sawyer 'love' I think she had a good reason. Same reason she knew that she was for sure not pregnant....

Possible DNA Testing could be how they find out they are related... I am also sure that Mr Linus knows with the files they have on them.. Maybe in the decision that causes Kate to end up with Aaron (if its Claire's Aaron) is how Jack finds out he is related to Aaron (so many markers in commom) Maybe anyone who did get off the island had to go through test before they were released.... Like a Quarrintine?

its true that ben had pretty extensive files, even private stuff so it's possible that ben knows and will reveal it at just the right time. either that or christian will reveal it himself! we know he's puttering around the island somewhere...
