 Ana-Lucia Cortez
Ana-Lucia Cortez was an ex-police officer who sat in the tail section of Flight 815 when it crashed. She took a leadership role in the group and led her party across the Island, reuniting them with the rest of the passengers. Ana was known to be very emotionally cold and her background in policing helped her with her leadership role. Ana-Lucia survived on the Island for 65 days before being shot and killed by Michael.

Seriously, Claire loves Aaron more than anything, there is no way she would willingly part with her child. Something happened, and something very serious, for Kate to end up with Aaron.
Death? Kidnapping? Not really sure, but whatever it was has left Jack scarred and unable to confront the past. |

you don't see aaron until after the trial stuff is cleared up.
these things can take a long time.
she agreed to "time served" and probation,.
she may have been in the pokey for a year.
Baby aaron already being maybe 4 to 6 months old makes it about right. |

cause he is the cause of claire not leaving the island or dying.
at the airport later......likely claire is left behind because of him because kate doesn't wanna go back, because she has grown into being aaron's mum and doesn't want to give him up if claire gets rescued. |

I just thought of something, Baby Aaron is Jack's nephew. Maybe Jack find's this out and it upsets him for some reason. Why? I don't know.
oops... Treebeard I didn't read your posting before I put this up but I feel this is a good explanation for why Jack is having problems seeing Aaron.

I agree about Kate most likely being a bad choice for motherhood but, remember that "psychic" admitted to being a fraud. I dont know if I believe him or not but just throwing that out there. |
