I voted 5 STARS... Absolutely loved every minute of it. Very tense episode.. My favorite scene was when Kate B*TCH SLAPPED boy toy as soon as he mentioned Jack's name... I love Sawyer but sometimes he deserves a good slap.

4 stars for me this episode. Every episode of Lost is excellent in my book, but I hate to rate every single one a 5 so I grade them against each other. This was the episode I liked the least so far this season, but it was still very good. I didn't get caught off guard by the twist at the end, as I actually considered Aaron might be the son during all the interaction between Kate and him during the episode. It seemed as though they were really trying to come up with a connection between the two characters. It was one of the more satisfying episodes in that it answered a lot of questions up front. Such as why Kate wasn't in prison, and who was the "he" she had at home. Also, kind of let us see part of why things were strange between her and Jack.

Not that I hold any expectations before a new LOST episode, but I didn't get my usual
crave-to-rewatch after this one.

I guess the Locke in me isn't too happy about this "out of the island" thread of the Season 4 narrative anyways- so my reactions to FF's are usually "that's great but I don't care about that right now". Especially when the central figure is Kate. She seemed particularly irritating to me this episode, taking Miles to Ben (which only confused Locke more than he already was), slapping James, acting all pious and maternal when Jack asked for a cup of coffee.. Despite my dislike for Doc, he's not the kind that would run away from responsibility, especially if it's about caring for someone. Considering Kate is a fugitive by the heart, couldn't have she been a little more understanding of Jack's emo state behind his reluctance to see Aaron? (guilt? fear? confusion? jealousy if that's not Claire's Aaron, which I doubt)

I liked the bomb breakfast Locke served Miles though

I loved it! It starts to be a little ridiculous, I know; this is the third episode I voted 5 stars. But this one was my favorite until now. Maybe the fact that the epi was Kate centric influenced my rating. Maybe.^^ I was just dying to know what happens to her in the future and I thought we learned quite a lot.

Going against the grain here but i found it a bit boring-the stuff away from the island, courtroom etc a bit dull.

3.2 stars. It was a bit boring. I hated the fact Miles only wanted to see Ben to ask for money, especially an odd number like 3.2 million dollars. Would of been better if he was able to see the spirits of all the people that has been killed on the island! Also the episode had no real surprises other than Aaron (but kinda expected it was him from how kate was paired with Claire in the episode). Good, not great, episode.

Best episode this season in my opinion.

I especially loved Miles asking for exactly $3.2 million and not showing interest in 3.3 or 3.4. Reminded me of Porter in the movie Payback, where is out to recover his $70,000.

The 3.2 million with Miles and Ben made the episode.

That and Locke with a grenade.
