Shannon Rutherford

Shannon Rutherford was a middle section survivor of Oceanic Flight 815 and was Boone's stepsister, who she frequently argued with. She was very selfish at times, though she eventually formed a romantic relationship with Sayid. Shannon survived on the Island for 48 days before she was unintentionally shot and killed by Ana-Lucia Cortez.

oh i thought you meant her original flashback. wasn't she the girl in the alleyway who was getting attacked and charlie saved her?

Yeah, that wasn't Naomi who Charlie rescued outside Covent Garden.

Naomi and Regina have the same accent but I can't tell if they sound like the same person or not. If Lostpedia says they are different people, I believe it. They could be sisters I guess or just recruited to work for DHARMA (or whoever) from the same place.

In the episode character lists it states that Regina will be played by Zoe Bell.
