i think he ment free from the cursed money/numbers..

he was talking about the money. he said now it will be all gone because they think i'm dead. he was talking about the money and the curse that went with it. ironic tho.

I to think he was talking about the curse/money.. I just thought over-all it was very ironic when we were also talking about how Jack and Kate both seemed quite the opposite of the way we know them in the finalle.. In this we can see Jack is on the road to the flashback from the finale.. Vodka in the OJ when watching the Hurley chase on TV.. Thats all =P

So, it would seem Jack has become the very thing he used to hate about his father. Similarly...... Sawyer became the very man he hated.... the con man that brought destruction to his family.
