Ben has been added to my favorite characters. Three scenes converted me. First, when he used the baton on the two guys in the desert. Second, the scene when he loses Alex. Third, and one of the best Lost moments, when Hurley sits next to him with the candy bar and they share.
An honorable mention to favorite characters is Hurley's mom. "Jesus Christ is not a weapon". That was the funniest moment ever on Lost. She really doesn't get it.
