Now that is an interesting thought! I always viewed Richard as a sort of disciple scout for the others (a disciple who is searching for other disciples

) It never occurred to me that the other side would have 'special' people too.
Now I have something else to think about. It really seemed out of place to me to have Abbadon helping Locke make it to the island. It seemed to go against the few things I knew about him. I started thinking that he was a double-agent who pretended to be working for Widmore, but really working for Ben. Or he was working for Ben when he was suggesting the walk-about to Locke, but quit when Ben 'lost his way' and started working for Widmore. (I thought the double-agent more likely) But now I have something new to consider.
