Considering that his mother was born on October 15, 1940, it can be assumed that the 1956 birth date is correct (she would have been 15 or 16); otherwise, his mother would have been six when she gave birth to him. This could have been a production error, or possibly the firearm license was a forgery, meaning Locke was illegally in possession of the weapons.
