this thread has not been touched in a while but i still wanted to comment (first post)

it is clear that the island has some kind of power. it allows people to see the dead, heals, and is hidden from the rest of the world. as we now see.. there are killers on this island who only know of its location because of the phone call to the so called "rescuers". if the survivors get rid of the people on the freighter then it would be in there best interest to keep the island a secret. I believe Jin is not dead but with the other survivors on the island that no one is to know about.it was apparent that Hurley was being watch so whose to say that the rest of the O6 aren’t being watched? If they are... wouldn’t you talk to a grave stone to hide the fact that this person if still alive on a island?
