Do you mean because you are guessing that some of the stuff that Ben did on the island he would only have been able to do if at some point in the future he travels back to a time before the crash happened? Like with the files on everyone? Do you think he got that information by traveling forward or backward in time? I'm intrigued, what do you mean exactly?

That ultimately I think is Ben and Whidmore's only fear is opening up some type of tear in the universe because of what they are getting themselves into - or some massive in-comprehensive effect that is inevitable if one of them has died in the future and unable to live out the past
Where do you get the idea that Widmore is afraid of this? Ben is full of fears and full of plans to avoid negative future outcomes, but I don't see Widmore doing this. No?
