Just a guess, but wouldn't the Orchid Station's logo be a flower? I think this unknown logo belongs to the secret cave station. If the triskelion symbol really does symbolize reincarnation, wouldn't that go really well with a station with time travel equipment allowing a person the ability to go back and redo events in time?

Dr. Candle uses another pseudonym of "Dr. Edgar Halowax" (I'm pretty sure I remember it being spelled that way instead of "Halliwax") in the orientation film for that station. He has a Pearl logoed coat on in the film, so we had yet to see the real logo until Ben's parka showed up.
