Where did the "Ben rapes Russeau" idea come from? I believe Russeau and her husband came here and he got killed, she was already pregnant, or had had the child, I forget which, but the child was snatched up by Ben. Even as recently as the last aired episode, Ben says "even though you're not my biological daughter, they would use you against me. You need to go to the sanctuary."

Can anyone elaborate on this?
