Yes! See the black menu bar across the top, right under the box that says "Welcome" to you. Click on the "Chat" button. That will take you to the chatroom. I chat all the time. The trick is instead of just waiting around in there for someone else to happen in to chat, find a Losttalk friend - someone who maybe you've been sharing ideas with in a certain thread. Private Message (PM) them to go and chat and then you can really discuss ideas easier.
