I wonder if it is really a blooper.
Whenever a director chooses a shot there is always a reason for it.
Especially in the case of a close up.
When the director uses a close up he/she is saying I want the audience to see this for a specific reason.
So the thing here is:
was the director focusing on the ring or the name on the bag.
If the the directors intention was to show the ring then I could buy into the name just being a simple production error.
but if he wanted to show the name on the bag then there could be alot more to it
and not a blooper at all.
