Times like these, it helps being a Korean-american Lost fan.... Jin was speaking Korean when he arrived at the hospital, if fact, I've only heard Sun or Jin speaking korean (when not speaking english)...
As for the tombstone, thanks to whomever made the observation as to the death date being the day of the plane crash -- I was trying to figure that out... Also if anyone was wondering, the left side of the tombstone shows Sun's name and birthday, but is blank as far as death day (as you probably inferred, but figured I'd confirm, as I can read Korean)
