ok, i went through this entire thread and here are two appearances that no one has mentioned:
SAYID (Naveen Andrews) was Jodie Foster's lover in the movie The Brave One. He gets killed early unfortunately.
DESMOND (Henry Ian Cusick) was in the movie Hitman, which i just watched. Alas, it was a bad movie. Good for cheap action, when there's nothing else to watch, like maybe when the cable is out. He played a russian mob guy. He also gets killed, not too long after he first appears.
