 Bernard Nadler
Bernard Nadler is a tail section survivor of the crash of Oceanic Flight 815 and the husband of Rose. He is the only tail section survivor that has not been killed, captured, or assimilated in to the Others. He wasn't seated in the tail section, and was only there when the plane crashed because he was using the bathroom then. Bernard cares very much for Rose and feels a need to fix things, like her cancer, not dissimilar to Jack.

SABATHIUS.. I think you did hit on something with that awesome picture. Not that the island is the Matrix, but there is a correlation. Locke believes, and just like Neo from the Matrix having to believe he was the One, Locke had to be reminded from Walt that he is one of Jacobs/the island favorites. Trust me, I'm not saying they are hooked up Matrix style, but the fact that Locke shows time and time again, when he believes and puts his whole person to a task, he gets it done, no matter what. I think Ben has been losing faith, and that has caused him the pain of a tumor, and uncertainty among his fellows.
And Benmer, thanks a lot, that was supposed to be a secret. Most people won't have my bionic abilities for years. And it's not Bluetooth, because my religion is against toothbrushes, I actually use Yellowtooth technology. But it's becoming Greentooth slowly.
