The community Jack was in seemed to be a poorer neighborhood, dominately African-American. That was really the only clue given to us. Even with that ,I have no idea who it was...

I thought it was at first but then Kate was like she had to go because he would find out. Im assuming that Kate and Sawyer were still together.

This is my there as to why he was so upset. In my opinion, it didn't necessarily have to be someone super important from the island to make him upset. If my theory is correct, it could have been just another one of the survivors.

It was ben. The person in the coffin was not a friend nor a family member to Jack. This is what he said to the black man in the funeral parlour. The only one could be ben. He left it all at the island
