Nikki Fernandez

Nikki Fernandez was one of the middle section survivors from Flight 815 and is first introduced in "Further Instructions". She had spent most of her time on the island trying to recover the $8 million diamonds she and Paulo had stolen from Zukerman, her staged lover, before the crash. She received a Medusa spider bite that induced a deathlike paralysis and she died after being buried alive alongside Paulo.

I agree. I'd like to think that Ben's cancer and the confrontation he finds growing between himself and the rest of the Others is a symptom of his falling out of 'attunement' with the island and its offerings.

When Ben killed his father, he looked down at his watch and checked the time. It was 4 o'clock, the first number in the code for the button in the first hatch. You think that has something to do with anything?
