Jack's Plan

All this talk of Jacob and Locke and no discussion of our dear beached Losties! So the thing that Juliet wanted to tell Kate and Jack said no, it was because he was protecting Juliet and was aware of her spy role. (I was right woo hoo) I wonder what Jack's plan is. And has Juliet decided to turn her back on Ben totally? I still hate her and her smirky smirk.

Yeah it sure looks like there is no going back for Juliet, whatever Jack's plan is. Unless, maybe it includes Juliet going back to the others as a lostie double agent. I still think if she stays with the losties she is as good as dead, because she knows too much. I hope she stays alive

Juliet is in it for herself first and foremost. She wants off the island however she can make it happen. She does hate Ben for lying to her and keeping her against her will, so she would love to stick it to him and go home if at all possible. She will not hesitate to double cross Jack if she needs to. In fact it would be difficult to know for sure that she isn't setting him and the losties up by feeding them false info. Juliet is a dangerous element to be messing with.

Juliet's little home movie said "some of us want a change" are some of the some Richard and Tom?

I think Jack's in as much trouble as Juliette is, despite his illusions of "I'm the doctor with the biggest saviour complex on the island ergo I can single-handedly make or suspend decisions effecting everyone's lives". Any Lostie to buy his and Juliette's weak explanations needs a huge mark on his/her tent. Juliette admitting to Jack or the rest of the Losties about the 'other side of the tape' means nothing much- might as well be a part of her worst case scenario. Did she assume that Ben would take no action based on the information she was to collect for him? She plays double sides, how can she be trusted?

Yeah, they should mark 2 tents and have Sayid and Sawyer sitting in them armed and ready.

Thank you Flaneuse - I thought the same thing about the tape - Ben's side (Ben's message on the flip side, daddy-o) doesn't change the fact that Juliet reported to Ben on the status of the women. When I saw that scene and Juliet was "turn the tape over" and we heard Ben, I thought to myself, "So?"

Queensbeesteph, I think a poll should get going by now- something like... "How dumb Juliette thinks Losties are?" or "How dumb can Jack really be?"

I have to leave the multiple-choices to someone with better sense of humor than mine.. I mean seriously, that whole tape scene was a moment of frustration for me- 3 minutes of confrontation, 30 seconds of Juliette's 'explanation', Jack says "looks like we got some catching-up to do..", the scene ends with the crowd leaving, looking like they buy J&J's story for now... That's it???? I mean sure that's not it, but it looked like an awfully strange place to cut that scene. imho..
