If you have the program recorded, go the scene in the cabin.

Right after the fire starts Ben will put his hands on Jacob's chair and then get thrown up against the wall.

If you go frame by frame, you will see the ghost clearly as the camera pans back to Locke.

You cannot see features, but much more then a outline.
