Well it will be easier for Sayid and the boys to Take her if she is sound asleep. Jack knows she'll be on egde if there is tension. He is trying to get her to do something stupid. again.. like trusting Dick Alpert and CromagNethan

yet another reason jack is aware that henry has been pushing them towards eachother. Jack knows that Henry needs something still. help. a pergo woman. a sucessful pregnancy. maybe something else? so jack knows that he will continue manipulating until he gets it or dies.
jack wants to get off the island with his people...and holding what Henry needs hostage is the key

I was so proud of Jack for most of this season too, because it didn't seem like he was falling for their mind tricks. And they were laying it on him pretty thick! I'm mad at him for falling for Juliet in the end like that, no questions asked, but I suppose it makes sense. Both in the characterization of Jack, and for the plot as well. Honestly I want to smack Jack, and don't understand why none of the other losties didn't do that immediately.

i think that jack has to have a plan. He wount trust the others for no reason
Maybe jack knows something or herad or seen somthing about the others.
Maybe he has a plan to get the losties resuced

When has Jack ever been that capable on his own? I think Jack has been an emotional train wreck ever since his problems with his father, and I just don't see him being that clear-headed to have a working plan in the midst.

Oh Jack. He is kind of a time bomb of emotions waiting to go off,but I think his only goal is getting the he!! of that island. Kate getting friendly with Sawyer confirmed the fact that he was the leader to save them, and someone else got the girl. He gave up the thought he could exist on the island, being happy with Kate. Now that Juliette has come along Jack is hoping to be the savior and get the girl too.

He said to Kate that during the week he spent there he kept his head down, I think he's hiding something, somethign big. Maybe he's even .. in LEAGUE with Juliet ..!

Do you think he was shown HIS dad? Christian Shepherd's roamin' around there somewhere, cause he ain't in his coffin...

I've had a feeling for a while that Jack's dad may not be really dead. It would be interesting if all of a sudden he showed up. Damn Jack will really go crazy then and he's already pretty far gone.
