Also - I don't think it's Juliet....
Juliet brought Kate a sandwich in and woke up in a darker pair of jeans and a little bit different style of shirt ( i think Juliet's shirt hung a little longer and wasn't as tight) and Juliet's hair was down for the sandwich drop and down in the jungle wake up scene - but up for the gas scene, and the hair length is off too. Plus in Benmer's pic above the "juliet" lady has some kind of holster (brown thing) on her right hip and Juliet didn't have that when she awoke in the jungle.

Now that you mention it they do look kinda like bullets in that pic, but I think it is just broken ceramic stuff. If not that is a alot of spent shells laying there! Also surely Kate would have noticed them and said something if they were bullets.

Yeah I think we can say that it is definitely not Juliet in gasmask.
The view out the window was through Kate's eyes and she would have called Juliet out on it if she thought it was Juliet. More likely just a little misdirection by director to keep us views guessing.

So why did Kate who was in the big game room require only one can of gas, but Jack who was is a smaller space need three or four cans of gas? Was it because he was not alone? Who was by him using a gun that spits out shells like that? Why are there no bullet holes in the door that Kate opens? Was Juliet making tea at Jack's house?

That would have Jack kinda going pretty low, you think he'd go around that angle and betray all his friends like Michel did? I dunno he always seemed to have this split personality is what I saw :/
