Whats up with Season 3?

Whats up with season 3. I believe it has totally went downhill...at the end of the last episode "left Behind" Siied said they were not taking juliet with them and jack said "yes we are". Who died and made him God. Does everyone just follow him blindly without qustion..How do they know julie isnt a spy left on purpose.Why did she hide the key from Kate. Why did kate not tell this to jack? Why did she not tell him that she didnt want to come back for him..why didnt she tell him she knew about the creature and the fence and acted like she didnt know what it was until she thought she was goiung to die. This just show the dumbness of jack and the whole crew. the way jack just took julie and shut out kate is really beginning to show me how hard up they are for material. this is the most obsurd thing I have ever seen..Just take her with them no questions asked? Who does jack think he is? This used to be a good show but know they are just being dumb. Are they trying to force the story? If Jack continues to play BOSS and juliet is allow to to become a part of them with no questions i will be stopping watching the show. She locked jack up and lied to him several times and he acts like shes one of them ..forget it..im done. the past few shows have been getting worse and worse. and now that jack is back acting like the boss telling everyone they have to accept julie is crazy. And if the island members allow this to happen I will to disgusted to even finish the season. SHE WANTED TO LEAVE HIM!!!and kate says nothing..thats is just the writers avoiding the issues. in real life. no one would allow her to become one of them..Id at least tie her up until i knew she wasnt a spy..To many holes in this seasons script. And it;s only my opinion. I know it isnt worth much..but i think lost has really went downhill,hitting a low with tthis season.time to move on to a new part of the story instead of just doing the same thing over and over again. find the others, loose the others seems to be the premise of the show..not getting off the island anymore. and lastely, is everyone on th eisland a backstabbing cut throat? (John Lock) Leaving everyone behind to go with them. not even a wink to let them know he still on there side.. oh well, enough of this. later

Well, Criminal Minds is on at the same time.
Good rant though, we have all asked these questions at one time or other, but that's how every show is, if there were proper communication, there would never be any conflicts, and it would all be nature shows and game shows.

Yes this is true about the rants and such. but it seems it has gotten worse in this season..Season 1 an 2, season 1 especially, people spoke their mind. No way would they of let an outsider join them so easy..look how they treated ben when they first found him..they didnt even know who he was and they jailed him..this whole julie thing , i feel, is just something to push the story forward. the way jack has been lately and with the julie thing i feel as if there running it into the ground. i by no means want to upset fans of the show. i mean no disrespect but the way everyone just kept there mouth shut with no protest againt julies presence really takes away from the show for me. If Julie brings trouble than they all deserve it. just the blatant acceptance of julie really is just a smack in the face. Accepting an enemy so willingly really has me worried about the show in the future. Its just so obviously wrong. How can they be that stupid? it makes me wonder what kind of stupid choices the writiers are going to have them make later. When they start makeing choices so dumb you cant even begin to understand what they were thinking it starts to make the show more aggrevating than enjoyable.. because they obviously aint counting on the audience's intelligence to pick up on the lack of saftey and well being. Do they think they can write anything and we wont notice how careless it is?

Did you not see the preview for the next episode? No one is accepting Juliet into their society. Sawyer asked what the hell she was doing here and Sayid wants Juliet to reveal everything about the others or he's going to kill her. They are by no means happy that Juliet is here. Jack has built a bond with Juliet, probably because she reminds him of his ex wife. After Kate broke Jacks heart this is just another way for Jack to rub it in Kates face that he doesn't need her.

Exactly 4 8 ... Mr. or Mrs. Numbers.... They are by no means just accepting Juliette. the scary thing is though, they may accept her because it is their fearless leader bringing her. That's why it was important that Sawyer be made to hoist some of the leadership qualities. This little society they have is not a dictatorship, and having a few cool heads to lead it is the idea this season is going for.

Your right..I should wait on the next episode before drawing conclusions...i just hope they prove me wrong...If Jack is turning out to be a different person its great that sawyer steps up..If Jack is going to lead them into this kinda of carelessness that out with him.His pride shouldnt be worth more than the lifes of the other survivor's. I used to like Jack, but this blatant disregard ofthe other peoples feelings about Julie leaves me feeling only one way about him......Maybe he is dumber than he looks. Time for someone to lead that cares for everyone. not someone willing to leave them behind. He was going to get on that sub and leave and to make himself feel better he tells himself he was going to send help..what a joke. in my book, he's a complete traitor. And one more thing.why hasnt the two people they let go on the boat (man and boy) sent help? have they all forgotten them?

I always thought Jack behaved in a self rightous manner. IMO he always thinks his way is the right way. I mean don't get me wrong I like Jack, but I think back to what Sarah said. Jack needs something to fix and once he does that thing or person is not that important to him anymore. He is a good person but his motivations for helping people are often (if not always) selfish ones.

And as for a more general reply to you opening post. This show like all shows is going to change and evolve. That is just the way it is. The characters change too. During the run of the show my like and dislike of certain things and characters goes back and forth. But the overall grand story that is being told on Lost is something I really like and I may not like how the series ends or an episode or two along the way but I want to complete the ride.

I'm with you Folie. No one is accepting Juliette,will you guys be mad at me if I say I still like her? I at least want to give her a chance,but that was on heck of a rant.

yeah I love Juliet, I sooo hope she doesn't end up as one of the bad guys. But if she does she'll still be my favorite bad girl!

I hope the Juliet we saw in the Pearl Station with Ben is not her true character. (expose eppy)
Also I said it before and I'll say it again. If Juliet is part of a Ben con game. Poor little Jack is gonna lose it.
