I think majority of the frustration and questions people share about Season 3 have little to do with (lack of ) mystery resolution per se- having watched 50 episodes by now, the audience would not be expecting easy closure of any thread of the script at this point of the show, anyways.

For me the occasional trouble with Season 3 has more to do with 'the pace of the narrative per actual screen time' sort of thing. And some of the logical gaps that emeek77 already mentioned, as well.. Entertaining for some time to have blind spots or hanging questions (not in the sense of unanswered but in the sense of not even properly addressed) but a pattern of those, supported by filler episodes of side-stories/characters takes the thrill away after a while. That's been my experience for the last few weeks, though I did enjoy Episodes 8, 10, 11 and 13 quite a lot.

Juliet has to sit in front of Sawyer's presidential cabinet and get grilled with questions.

Cabinet members:
-Jin ( awesome... becuase he'll be shouting questions angrily and juliet wont know how to respond)

-Sun ( sun asks about her muffins recipe as well as if she douches and how that goes on the island)

-Hurley (wants to know more about the muffins)

-Sayid ( Calls her on all her lies and brings the dead skelaton body of Henry Gale back from the balloon to thrown in her face and intimidate her)

-Charlie ( Tortures her with his songs... "You all everybody!" )

-Corpse Nikki ( calls her a slut )

-Desmond ( Tells her he will see her in another life brother... which makes her revaluate infiltrating the losties camp becuase she might die any minute)

LOL!!! I love your little visions! Although I think Des, Charlie, and Hurley getting wasted and singing about the woman with one leg and a heart of gold would be more effective in driving her nuts. Ha ha.

awww, Jules isn't stupid, she's a brainiac. Before she got to the island she might have been her ex-husbands chump, but not anymore.

And I don't think Kate will be trying anything on Juliet anytime soon. I am sure she still has some sore spots. When she gets back to the beach I bet she will be standing behind Sawyer and giving Juliet dirty looks.

Kate thinks with her heart and Juliet thinks with her brain. I think thats the difference. They are kind of like a yin and yang together. You have the wild/emotional/aggressive side which is kate, but she needs to have some guidance and common sense with some aspects. And then you have Juliet, who is very intelligent and aware of things around her, but she seems to lack the ability to sympathize with emotions and get in touch with the inner-juliet. Now think about what a great combination these two gals make huh? Perhaps thats why jack is attracted to both, for diff. reasons
