Boone Carlyle was the son of Sabrina Carlyle and stepson of Adam Rutherford, who were married when Boone was 10. He was the stepbrother of Shannon Rutherford, who was two years younger than him.

I don't think Boone was ever gay. Even if he did play Robin to Locke's Batman for a while. Shannon's comment was just Shannon being a biaaatchh.

I think Tom is gay, I've thought that for awhile. I don't think Boone is, I think Shannon was just dissing him. The spoiler info before this show said we find out a character is gay but also that Paulo is shot in the head, right? I read that on here somewhere. So we know Paulo wasn't shot in the head so how credible is the gay thing?

You guys are all wrong. We found out last week who the gay guy is.....it's Sawyer! Remember when he was playing "poker" with Jack for the medical supplies? He hinted at needing one of the anti-biotics because he had caught the clap. And where did he catch the clap??? Tallahassee!!! Yep, Sawyer is totally gay for Lockes dad....who may be the original Sawyer. Now that's a plot twist!

Well Sawyer has gotten it on with 2 of the hotties now... Neither male.. but I guess that would be a major plot twist however unlikely!

Boone -- sex w/shannon
Jin -- married to Sun
Michael -- fathered a child w/Susan
Desmond -- in love w/ Penelope
Hurley -- liked record shop girl, starting relationship w/Libby
Paulo -- in relationship w/Nikki
Eko -- no FB showing relationship with men or women

The girls all have simular reasons and are all mentioned above.

so if the is any gay character I would say it was in the others camp.

Everyone thinks it's Tom. Makes sense to me. None of the others stand out for any particular reason.
