Jack's other tattoos

In the beginnig of the episode, the rescue party stands in the bushes watching Jack's strange behavior as he interacts with the others. Ben is pushed out in a weelchair by Juliet, and then shakes hands with Jack. And I noticed as Jack raises his arm to shake on the inside of his forearm a mostly red tattoo. Did anyone else see that? and has it shown up before and I just missed it?
