So now we know what we've long assumed...that Jack and Claire are half-brother and sister. I'm wondering how they will let the characters find out about it...with Christian supposedly dead, is there anyone (other than Claire's aunt) who could make the connection?

The only real person on the Island that could help to make a connection (besides the all knowing others) would be Sawyer. He had that drunken chat with Christian in the bar before he died. Who knows what all they talked about. Christian spoke of his regrets about his son and how he had failed as a father, possibly he spoke of his daughter also. Since we know he traveled to Australia to make contact with her. So, maybe Sawyer will be the key.

So are we now thinking that the woman who's house he was trying to enter was Claire's Aunt's? If so Claire is like 18. And unless Claire's Mom got out of the coma,that woman is anonymous...right?

And all this time I thought his dad's name was also 'Jack'.

Anyhow, even though Sawyer did talk to his dad, I don't think that he'll be the one to spill the beans, and since Jack and Claire don't talk much, I'm thinking Jack will probably be the one to find out from Benry and his people.

I'm thinking...Jack never found his dad's body on the Island, just an empty coffin. I can't remember, did he ever view the body?

Then he heard his dad's voice over the intercom while in the shark tank.

And now a connection that needs either Christian or Sawyer to answer it? I just dunno. A long time back it was suggested that Christian was "him". Given the number of theories about this show that have circulated I'm sure some of them are actually true.

as far as the resentment for Christen chooseing to be there for his family in the states... I don't know how Claire would react to finding out that Jack is her 1/2 brother... There seems to be a lot of pent up anger on her part for being cast aside to his other family being JACK
