Maybe the Fraud-Psychic who convinced Claire to get on the plane to Los Angeles was actually convinced to do so by Christian who wanted his daughter to meet her half brother Jack ..?

Integrated i think that is a good ponit and maybe so Claire can have someone to help her look after her baby with her and so Claire can have a family again because her mother and father are dead.

I'm wondering if claire will have a vision of Christian. Maybe if Jack and Claire are ever together at some point, and he shows up, they'll both be like "Dad" that would be a confusing moment for both eh?

I really wonder if Sawyer knows - from the bar - or surely ana-lucia might have known and told somebody. There has to be a way for Jack and Claire to discover they're siblings - OH NO! It's going to be that stupid Ben Linus or Juliet with their thick files on everyone that's going to tell, and probably in a mean, manipulative way.

Oh Fate!!! That is a TERRIFIC thought! I bet that's what it's going to be. Jack's about ready to leave and the creepy Isabel, or Juliet will say, "One thing Uncle Jack..." and Jack won't leave.

This is getting more interesting... Someone must know that Jack and Claire are siblings. "The Others" know so much about Jack, Kate etc. so they must know that they are siblings.
