If the satellite is down, and the sonar is down, how woud you request a drop anyway? I believe the pallets are on a time basis, but if you happen to run out early, then you can request one. What if no one was good at Chess they would never eat.

Well Cablerunner you also have to think they may be time based cause Patchy said he played the chess game for 10 years and never won,, IF we take him at his word about this since he did say towards the end that the only thing that he lied about was being Dharma, then he would have never had an oppratunity (sp sorry Tesssa) to order suppplies...

Another thought is that the sonar and the satillite have only been out since the swan imploded so then the last drop would have already been dropped... The only problem then would be ordering a pallet now that communications are down..

Why would John type 77 when there was no hostile take over? I just don't get that. Look around and resupply or whatever, but don't come up to a previously unknown station and enter the code for a hostile takeover.

Well, i think by that time, he knew that patchy was a hostile, and figured he'd one up him. After a guy sticks a knife to your throat, he's pretty much a hostile.

I just realised something, Marvin Candle, or whoever he is, can tell locke what to do, Locke listens to a guy on a tape more than anyone else. Wierd.
