and that link doesnt show any transcripts of actual podcast so its not really evidence. not yet anyway... lets wait and see if it ever actually happens. or if its just a possibility. ( and i am saying we actually have one of our characters ( or lots of them ) see it shift. hopefully if it does have that ability it becomes somethig like the yeti and we have a good ole classic chase scene through the woods)

Benmer's come back fiesty!!! Since it's not real life, it's just a show written by people, and within that people-written show there's a smoke monster, and the people who have written the show say the smoke monster can shape shift - I'm going to go with the people writing the show (and my own first impressions which were the same - shape-shifting-smoke-spirit)
