Charlie Hieronymus Pace

Charlie Hieronymus Pace was a survivor from the middle section of Oceanic 815. Before the crash, Charlie was the bassist and main songwriter for the rock band Driveshaft. When Flight 815 crashed, Charlie was snorting heroin in one of the plane's bathrooms. Charlie's drug addiction and crippling self-doubt were the biggest obstacles in his life. Like many of the Losties, the crash provided Charlie with a fresh start. On the Island, Charlie formed a relationship with Claire Littleton and her son Aaron.

After avoiding deaths foreseen by Desmond several times, Charlie finally died willingly to save the other survivors. He drowned on day 93, and his death is yet unknown to anyone except Desmond.

thanks wednighter I was confused. So you don't think Jack's dad is claire's baby's father?

the speculation is that Jack & Clair are half brother and sister... Same father diffrent mothers..

Excellent point... If the painting is in Thomas' apartment in Austrilla in 2002 or 2003 then in Desmonds Flashback 1996 in Whitmore's Office???? How can this happen?

Ok so far we have come up with some idea's what happened in this ep... First that it was all a dream, which has been discredited by the writers... The other, that it is some sort of time travel which some time ago was discredited by the writers.. What other options do we have to answer this question??? It couldn't be in Desmonds head unless he did see the picture for real in the office.. I'm so confused by this?? Anyone have any ideas???

I been having some wicked dreams in the last week or so.. and the details in them can come from everything in my life from birth to now, and details from a magazine i litterall barely skimmed to the work i put weeks of my life into and know front to back...

my point is... that we dont know what the ACTUAL widmore office looks like. we only have what it looked llike in des' dream. s the deatails of which came from the depths of Desmind! ( that was a play on words, not a typo )

How can it be a dream when the writers have flat out said that that it was not a dream... Even when knocked out wouldn't that count as a dream also...

Yup the same- so is it for those of us who analyze all- or just a piece of artwork grabbed from the prop trailer!!!!

Maybe Thomas copied the painting. Somebody else did the original. Years earlier. That way, the timeline would work out.
